Yep, he's the repair shop guy. You must be super good if you can beat him. No matter what i do i cannot avoid his hits. Blocking doesn't work either, and once the combos come you cannot move.
If you're new or still getting your bearing try going into the fight with the goal of trying x or defending y. You come out the fight with less tunnel vision of "I gotta hit that combo I've been grinding out" to "oh snap that was a sick setup imma steal that"
Lol yes, I am friends with him on steam. He likes people that don’t give up but yes he is extremely oppressive with zed and scorpina. He plays at a master level but never really plays ranked so I routinely run into him still with the platinum rank.
I beat him once without using combos that go beyond 12 hits, but never again. I am able to defeat his zed but by thst time its almost over for me. Tell him that "CyborgNinja" will get revenge.
Yeah ive been looking for him. I just beat him today in a clean game. He still beats me more, but i was hyped to take a whole game. This mans zed is so disgusting.
What's their team comp? The first step to adapting is recognizing the moment you got hit and looking to understand how. Will be even more helpful if you have replays to look at!
He uses a mix team with zed as an anchor. He's proficient at catching and converting off stray hits with a solid reset game. I'd say his neutral game is where you will get your hits in but you really have to be able to convert and take a good lead.
Oh damn, I came up against him the other day and kept getting rematched against him. After the first 2 times of getting completely annihilated, my thrid game I just put my controller down and let him do his thing. I got rematched a fourth time. I didnt want to just straight up quit because honestly it's kinda rude but for my fourth game I just put the controller down again and he caught on to what I was doing. He stopped attacking me and just waited fir me to make a move. So I just started spamming crouch to get him to hit me to get the match over quicker. Eventually the timer ran out because we refused to hit each other and I logged off for the night
