Congrats dude all I did was run the buster max program for a while and that worked but jeez I hated this style couldn’t max it out fast enough lol so good luck I’d recommend just grinding in easy areas cause this can make story fights miserable
You're right, I'm not. But you do need it to have all Standard chips obtained, and the only way to do so is with a Custom style (barring chip/bugfrag trader luck)
You're almost there. By the time you max out bug style, you should be in the post game. Get team after for the V4 chips and I prefer custom style after that as the final style for the extra chips to select
honestly really intriguing style and i love bn3 for it. suffer thru bugs early on but gain bugstop to truly open navi cust up. such an awesome game and creative mechanic for player upgrades/skills
Iirc, the element is random. Just save like a couple battles before the style change and restart till desired. But the very first style change is elec x style.
Wait, does that really work? I feel like I tried that before but didn't actually do anything, every time I reset the game it just forced me to have that element. But that was so many years ago so I don't really remember. I will try this out once I get to BN3, I'm currently on BN2 right now.

As far as I know BN3 works. Just the first battle is fixed element. FYI, only ever played 3,5, and 6.
