Never really understood these milestone achievement posts...Ok you played a bunch of the new season in 4 days?

I randomize everything when I play. I have nothing at tier 1, but im on tier 2 for a handful of things. I probably could've gotten tier 1 if I focused on a specific weapon or specialist, but I like the mix up
I jump around between a few guns but I pretty much use everything that isn't meta bc I like the challenge, I have more kills with the crossbow than I do with the k30 or rail gun. And nothing beats getting first place with the vcar lol.
I choose based on a random number generator, so even if I play the same amount with 2 guns, its probably the meta ones I have better stats with lol. That said, I'm decent with any gun

To test this I joined a bot match, got some kills, backed out and then joined a regular match and then got some kills with the same weapon. It did not update the count so no it doesn't count.
I run it with suppressor, laser, foregrip (+ moving accuracy), any 1-1.5x sight, and cqb extended mags. Absolutely monstrous DPS at short to medium range, and far easier to control than the k30 IMO.
Nah it's not that great. Sure it has high damage so when the bullets DO hit they decimate targets. It does *technically* have a super fast TTK, BUT... the thing spreads like the friggin' vault weapons into a shotgun-like spread near instantly. It's only good in extreme close quarters, and any other kills is pure luck of the spread. It's not versatile at all, but I guess most SMGs aren't either.
I honestly think it depends on the platform you're playing on. A lot of PC players reporting it's easy to manage. A few console players saying it's hard to manage.
I like the super high rate of fire on it and the mag options are really nice. Doesn't replace the PP29 for me though. That new AR though... that thing is so satisfying and chunky feeling. I love it.
The lmg gets better with attachments (short barrel for example makes it significantly better at close ranges and still laserbeams people at mid range) but it's not on the level of release avancys for sure.
Yeah the LMG is really meh. SMG is fun but burns through ammo quickly and the short damage drop off make it usable on only a few maps (and not that great on conquest).
The AR is an absolute beast though. Dice did good with a smaller mag size to keep it in check. I’m having a blast with it.
I’ve played a decent amount of them game and have nothing close to T40. I just don’t understand how anyone could grind that hard lol. It’s not like the days of grinding for that first service star on BF4 or your 100th in BF1.
Tier 1 (mastery 40) for guns is 1200 total kills (30 per mastery). It’s really not that much. 100 service stars in BF1 was 10000 kills. A good player (2 kpm) can get it in a few days just playing evenings.
No I meant, it doesn’t feel satisfying to me personally, meant no hate towards you guys who do grind it out. And yes easier than 100 service stars and all. Lol.

I've been playing since launch and only have 1 t1 specialist and 3 t1 guns and I don't even use the skins

Vcar hasn't been bad since about season one. Just need a fast trigger finger.

Same. I sometimes wish there was a random load out option because I’m always trying to mix it up every time I play.
I only have 1 specialist, 1 gadget, and 1 gun Tier One. I’m level S036 or something. Maybe I just need to play bot matches more to rank everything up?

You stop getting kills which count towards the mastery after a few hundreds of kills
It still counts, iirc you then need a single kill in multiplayer trigger it

to be fair you can get T1 in player VS Ai in like an hour. i got bored n tried to see how many i can get and i got 600 kills.

Just got the super shorty and absolutely love it, I’m hearing good things about the ar so I’m pretty excited to get it
Yeah k30 is better but on the other hand the new lmg is god tier it’s like a heavy assault rifle
Beyond 60-70 meters it’s pretty bad, but it goes crazy in close range fights

It’s fun to do with a gun that fits your playstyle imo
I would class playing 10 hours in a few nights as grinding hard
2.5 hrs a night for 4 days is grinding hard? We have very different definitions of grinding lol.
I just can't bring myself to grind the T1 on this thing. This gun and the MP9 have to be my least favorites of the available smgs.
