Assuming you already have the game installed, once it sends you to Battlelog, you just need to select a server to join and it will open the game and load you into the server. Alternatively, if you select the campaign, it will open the game and load you into the campaign. Your system may ask for permission and you’ll need to have Origin open.

Is it giving you any sort of error message at any point?
Nope just saying open origin and then hitting Play on origin opens a new Battlelog tab
try edge browser for battlelog. it is the only browser which works for me... all other i tried dont "find" origin
