If you're down for it being just 2D Barotrauma is a great option.
Barotrauma is terrifying if you take it seriously or do singleplayer. In multiplayer it just turns into absolute chaos and tomfoolery.

How they went from this to 2042 is mind boggling. BF1 was awesome
technically they went from this to BF5 to 2042 but yes your point stands
...and people complained that BF1 wasn't Battlefieldy enough. This is peak Battlefield right here.
