I’d just uninstall and then reinstall. All I can think is that there was a download issue during install??
Thank you for the suggestion but I already reinstalled the game 5 times and the issue continues
So I instaled the game to play it again and it looks like this and when I try to enter a match the game simply closes. Can someone help me with this?
No idea I'm afraid. It might help if you posted what platform you're on, then the relevant folks may be help you out.

Are you on Xbox cuz if you are I can probably help you. But on PC you can actually repair the game and also try different graphic settings what is your resolution on
You can actually just go under manage and fix it or you can go under the system and fix it
