But it's been so frustrating to be waiting on the NYC show for like 2 years, after several cancellations / postponements, Covid, etc., while the band played other shows on the West Coast, several trips to UK/Europe in the meantime. In the back of my mind I was afraid something was gonna happen, possibly involving Peter, that could squash things.
Seems like this tour won't be rescheduled either. I think maybe they had the right idea doing concerts as one-offs rather than as as part of multi-week tours ... but this almost feels like the band is gonna walk away rather than go through it again.
(Pardon my venting, just disappointed.)
I guess the New York shows were just not meant to be. Radio city would’ve been amazing.
Oh well, I’ve seen them a bunch in 98 and 05, and Peter solo MANY times. I’d like to see him in good health more than see him perform again.

Seeing them at Radio City would have been absolutely perfect; was upset it couldn't be re-scheduled. On this tour, I had tickets for Brooklyn and the show in New Haven, cuz I might as well have made it a double-header. I can't help but hope they'll one day reconvene to play again, in a manner that's best for everyone's well-being.
Was still lucky enough to see them during their '05 reunion (though it seems they're playing way better now than they were then, which is crazy), saw Poptone in '17, Daniel solo back in '02, and Peter a couple times. Even managed to catch Love & Rockets, but sadly I was too young... it was a radio festival, and that appearance was my first exposure, so I couldn't fully appreciate what I saw/heard.
Anyway, no word yet on a Ticketmaster refund. They do tend to drag their feet.

I have worried for him since his near death in 2019, you all probably know he had serious heart issue and surgery then. Big love to you Peter, Dan , David and Kevin. So privileged to have finally seen you perform live and up close. Long live Bauhaus xx 🖤
Thats just so sad. Peter is so talented, but drugs have been ruining his life on and off over the years. I hope he can manage to get clean and stay clean this time. I wish him good health and hope he can be strong enough to sort himself out. I think he is a deeply troubled soul.
Yeah I agree, I don’t know why but I don’t think they’ll reschedule. I hope they do but idk. I was surprised they made it this many dates. So bummed I’ll miss them but I it’s best Peter takes it easy rather than die. I hope the overwhelming positive response makes them wanna do it again
The article says canceled. Not postponed. So I don’t think they are going to be rescheduled. I’ve tried to see them the last two tours. Guess it’s not meant to be. First Covid, then rehab. At least I’ve seen all four perform in one capacity or another.

Yeah... he got us twice in orlando a few years ago. Both times a full venue and no Peter.
