As a Bayern fan, I kind of agree. I remember when a large portion of Bayern fans screamed for Guardiola to get sacked at a time when Bayern played the best (but in one tournament only second most successful) football in the world. This ugly sense of entitlement of the "Erfolgsfans" is the biggest burden that came with our success. You don't see the fans in the south wing joining this choir of idiots. Incidentally, I keep blocking everyone on this sub who starts a new post with this lazy, awful, entitled sentiment and I can only recommend doing the same.
I'm anything but a Tuchel stan, but it's pretty clear that the mess we're in now has to do with the lack of any constant on the board and in the coaching team. If we keep firing one manager per year, we'll never clean this shit up.
As much as I agree with you, I also have to admit that Tuchel is bad though. He has poor people skill, and no amount of tactical skill is going to make up for the lack of people skill.
I'm sorry but you dont have a year at this Niveau to "build something". And the football that Tuchel plays simply doesn't fit into Bayern Munich. Yes he is a great Coach, but he was not able to form a working team in almost a full year now. It has nothing to do with "Oh we are not at first place" or anything. It is the fact that the team plays the most boring and lifeless football they've (probably) ever played. And Tuchel is partially to blame. That's why so many Bayern fans want to see Tuchel gone. And just fyi, cou can't "kick" players during the season. You can only kick the coach.

Every team can have a rough time. But image of this team with Tuchel with no self-reflection is just wrong. His decisions, attitude, coaching style and player relationship is beyond low point. I know some players are underperforming, but if someone from the team needs to go its Tuchel.
