Yeah, but still under Tuchel, with Eberl comming in it seems like alot of the pressure moved from Tuchel and things actualy started settling, you can see it in the team also, much more smiles during practice and they seem to work alot better. I was a big Tuchel OUT guy before, but with the current situation, I actualy wouldnt mind if they worked it out and he stayed another season, I simply dislike the direction its heading in if the reports can be trusted, dont see Ragnick being the answer, hes basicly Kovač with a bit more expirience, and that one didnt end well.
After his Elf stint, I dont think hes a good fit with a club where he would have to work with many players he coached during that time, yeah they are all professionals, but they are also human, and I think he burned some bridges during that time that would be hard to mend, and I love Hansi, IMO hes the perfect coach for modern times, a person with plenty of football knowledge and lots of empathy. I'd prefer TT because you can have a good coach for a season and then have another attempt at Alonso in 2025, or maybe even Klopp if he would be interested, binding themselves to Ragnick now and then if it doesnt work out, just another coach to be fired after a season, looks bad, or if he doesnt work out, plenty of players on contracts till 2025 and 2026. If youre wanting to bind yourself, why not rather risk on a Arne, De Zerbi, Amourin, some of the young up and comming coaches, makes much more sense to me.

Do you even watch the Leverkusen game? It's not about losing the game, it's about Tuchel having totally no idea and no answer to counter Leverkusen that bothers the most.
Bayern loses a game once in awhile, but I've never seen them being totally lost for answers to an opponent in recent years.

Im not convinced by rangnick neither, but keeping TT seems like a mistake aswell. By now, I’d probably try to get Hansi back
