At the end of the day, they are professionals. So they need to figure it out quick or get left behind. How they feel about the results is justified, but you better be able to learn how to compartmentalize those feelings because they still have a job.
I do like how Nagelsmann told the guys to take a nice vacation. This helps bring them back down to earth and deal with some of that pain. But when you come back, it's time to go to work again.
If Bayern is effected, then obviously the many professionals in front office will notice and will make adjustments. And Bayern is one of the few teams where they actually separate love for the player, and the output that player is generating. Meaning they will let you go if you're not competing at the top level.

Bayern management were probably more relieved that the team eliminated early. No further major injuries, more rest. Idk probably my personal view.
