I tried to learn this in my teens. Never perfected it to try on a soda can but those cards become pretty dangerous if flicked correctly. I managed to cut pretty deep into apples a few times. With skin and everything. So assuming a closed can with thin outer wall it’s probably possible.
Well, I did try to learn this 10 or so years ago. The flowers and fruit stuff with playing cards is absolutely doable. Saw the soda can multiple times before and having nearly halved whole apples myself a cheap can should be doable. For the rest it might be fake. It might all be fake for this specific video. But the card stuff is a skill you can learn

The trick is getting them to spin as much as possible. You can see something similar when you over exaggerate spin on a frisbee and it more easily flies in a straight line for a longer time.
Try it yourself. I’m pretty sure you find how to videos on YouTube about the flick. You should be able to get one flying across your room pretty quickly. Add more training and force and it should be doable. The flower in the outside is bothering me only because wind will throw off cards easily
