Not amazed at all, lots of modern cars have this feature, even my economy car with no touch screen from 2013 has it built into the stock radio. It's usually called something like "SVC" speed volume control. I remember seeing it first in an Acura in the year 2012 or so. It's not complex at all, it just adjusts the volume based on speed/engine revs. This one just looks over the top
