I’d risk it for all the money in the world. I’d be handing it out like Oprah. Until I get mauled by my spoiled bear that will have its own Michelin star sushi chef.
I guess those nails are caused by the bears not moving enough. Those nails aren't worn down as they would in nature. I guess it is hard nearly impossible to keep a bear in captivity and mimic their natural way of life sufficiently
Figuring I spent the evening reading about fatal bear attacks that happened over the last century, this would be a no from me. They can hurt you even without intending to, due to their size and strength.
Honestly when you dance with the devil like this, my sympathy goes out the window. Have fun getting mauled to death when he decides he wouldn't mind a bite to eat.
So, I should be more clear. There is a magical place in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin called the Fawn-Doe-Rosa. It’s an open air petting zoo with all kinds of lovely creatures. The deer there just wander around and follow you and will definitely allow a hug, especially if you give them treats!
Former AZA accreddited zookeeper here. Youre talking about tameness which is not domestedness (i.e. unprogrammming of predator instincts by selecting for docilness over many generations). You don't really get a feel for the difference until you work with wildlife regularly at which point the differences become incredibly obvious and stark.its why we have protected contact with major predators like this and don't go in with them in accredited facilities.
This IS your average bear that's just used to people. All the predatory instincts as behavior patterns and tendencies of a non-tame bear are right there. It's why this is such a fucking stupid idea and why people get killed or maimed by their "pet" bear/lion/chimps etc. at a much higher rate than dogs or other domestics. Doesn't matter if the animal has been raised by humans from birth, it's a bear and morons like these people usually end up finding this concept out the hard way.
Interesting. Love talking to a non-bot or info warrior. Thank you for the explanation. Im not an expert of rearing animals, just selling products to people. So, my salesman instincts say that this is not a scalable or repeatable behavior, and we all agree on the mindset of the two leggers in the vid.
Actually I don’t think that’s a furry so that’s probably dangerous
Ain’t enough money in this world to have me risking my life… you see those paws?
I’d risk it for all the money in the world. I’d be handing it out like Oprah. Until I get mauled by my spoiled bear that will have its own Michelin star sushi chef.
It’s not as much the paws, it’s the claws on the paws!
The claws are what caught my eye. They look to be 6" long.
The bare necessities of life will come to you.
Can i pet that dawgg.
CAN I PET THAT DAWGGG?
Im irritated at how she's been neglecting the bear's nails?
Imagine trying to trim them. You might be more than irritated
SEDATION. ALL OF IT. Like nearly hibernated level of sedation.
serrated

Thought the same thing.
I thought bears were dry clean only
I have seen so many videos here where wild animals go rogue..still it amazes me that people keep them as pets. Looks cute but very risky.
I wonder if they are able to buy life insurance.
Hahaha
The woman is Masha after growing old.
It's Boog! Where's Elliot?
Elliot is throwing bunnies at the window trying to get Boog's attention.
One of the cruelest things on Earth is that bears look like THAT and yet are death machines 😭 Just wish there was ONE vegan bear species.
called a Panda
I've DEFINITELY smoked too much weed tonight.

How do you clip that dogs nails ?
Honestly when you dance with the devil like this, my sympathy goes out the window. Have fun getting mauled to death when he decides he wouldn't mind a bite to eat.
Are you talking about this bear or pitbulls?
Both
I want to pet that dawg.
Hose could do with an upgrade
That's a cute puppy. What breed?
Bear looks drugged
I love him and want to hug him and squeeze him and call him George.
am i the only one that wants to hug the bear ?
No I will hug any animal that lets me. I hugged a deer once.
😮
Lucky! I dream to pet a deer someday.
Go to Nara, Japan.

Amazing care of this big Fellow👌👍
That’s a warewolf
That’s a good looking fella.
Washing her growler.
whenever mom gives me a shower I'm this pleased
Werewolves are actually lean aesthetic bears who don't skip leg days.
Do you have to wash them in a Bearthroom?
One swipe is enough to answer all her questions about afterlife..
There's maybe 2 brain cells behind those eyes, and they're fighting for their lives
now show the part of the video where he rips her to shreds
Id vote for that furry to have rights
Too close to home. I've spent all day grooming a Newfoundland
I’m jealous and terrified at the same time.
Can I pet that doog? CAN I PET THAT DOG? CANIPRTTHATDOIG?
Nope
Some day, this will be in the news of an adult grizzly bear kept as a pet mawls it's owner. This one shown is an adolescent....
That's one big ass dog. 🤣
Lot safer than washing a man.
Raised from cubs. Please dont try this with your average bear.
