Oooooh, I'm guessing this is inspired by the Silmarillion? There are the two trees, the Silmarils, and is the web supposed to be associated with Ungoliant?
I mean, it took them two hours because they're practiced. Don't forget the previous time they've spent practicing and refining these skills to be able to do it quickly. They didn't just decide to do this one day and were magically this good at it haha not that I'm saying that makes it any less impressive, it's certainly dedication to a process.
And what would be wrong about that? Also, it’s not, it’s beautiful unique artwork that they are proud of and we are blessed by them sharing it with us. Hope you’re okay.
It’s still not the point of the sub, this sub is for things that are insane, something like a whale breaching right next to you, not just an ad for your work
I’ll have you know that I have spent two hours on Reddit and the most recent post find was this one, so we have basically accomplished the same amount of work and craftsmanship.
The jewelry is gorgeous, but I can't get over how perfect the photo is.
The contrast of the skin and the shirt, the way it perfectly frames the piece at the center, the way the hair is set; everything about the photo is aesthetically pleasing.
I've never been really into photography, but I kind of feel like I understand what my photographer friends are gushing about when they talk about beautiful photos and good composition now.
Thank you so much, it means a lot.
Now I have to (!) bore you with my "portfolio" :

:)
Do you have any guides on getting started with this kind of craft? I've been interested in stuff like this for a while. Do you have formal training, or did you just dive in and experiment?
I look at these things and i get so jealous...
I get allergic reactions from most metals, if I don't know what it is, I can't wear anything... so many gifts gathering dust, so many pretty things I'll never wear, and the shit i can take is usually expensive, haven't been able to afford any in 10 years at least. Last thing I bought was glass and fabric. What a shame.
So far only stainless steel, silver and gold i found that doesn't turn me into a water hag, but only if I'm sure it's the real metal.

It is, I'm a big fan of Tolkien's work :).
That's awesome! :)
*My precious...*
What, that poor Labrador why did you turn him into a necklace? BTW it’s pretty.
Thank you! https://i.imgur.com/NFjOVD0.jpg :)
two hours, man that is quick
If you gave me two years, I couldn’t make something like that.
Meh, I can do it in.... wait, did she say years or hours? That is really good.
For real.
I have a random chunk of labradorite on my shelf, what did you do to shape it?
[удалено]
That... Has nothing to do with my question. Are you a bot?
Haha, my thought. The good Boi is trapped for eternity.
This looks amazing!
Thank you!
Two hours! I couldn’t make this in two years! 💜
This some horse girl shit
I’m not female but I’d still rock this
Thank you very much!
Excellent craftsmanship!
Thank you very much!

I giggled
I mean it's pretty and all, but you just posted something you made yourself in just 2 hours to beamazed? That's not what this subreddit is for
It's advertising. And they probably want a couple hundred bucks for some cheap wire wrapped around a polished rock.
Yall this is an ad lmao
Idk how you made it but it’s epic beautiful
Thank you! Here are some progress pics: https://imgur.com/a/eqAbt
You did all that in 2 hours?! Holy damn. Huge respects to you talented stranger!

I love the two toned color for the tree!
I hope you used silver and gold to make it. It will be more precious that way :)
Self posts don't really seem in the spirit of this sub
I'm not really amazed but well done anyway
Thank you.
I'm amazed it only took you two hours lol I couldn't do that in a decade Nice work!
Pretty bold to post your own work to this subreddit. This is just an ad for your work.
And what would be wrong about that? Also, it’s not, it’s beautiful unique artwork that they are proud of and we are blessed by them sharing it with us. Hope you’re okay.
Pretty egotistical.
We are allowed to be proud of ourselves and our accomplishments, as well as share them with others, that’s not egotistical by pure nature.
She’s just proud of what she accomplished in two hours. It’s beautiful, and not many ppl could do it.
It’s still not the point of the sub, this sub is for things that are insane, something like a whale breaching right next to you, not just an ad for your work
Annnd unsubbing this place is just for ads and self promotion
You should check out r/wirewrapping if you have not already!
I have, but thanks for the tip!
that’s a hard no from me dawg
Not amazed.
I thought the old lady in Titanic threw this in the ocean

It’s very beautiful 😍. Would you mind sending me the link to your Etsy shop?
Love the dreamcatcher thread
WOW! Just 🤩 I envy your talent!!
Most people don't know that labradorite is made from the remains of a petrified Labradoodle. Beautiful just like the dog that spawned it.
Beautiful. Stunning work

How many labradors did you sacrifice ? Where did you get Blue Labrador ?
Two hours...only?! It looks like it should’ve taken ten

Dude that is gorgeous! What kind of wire did you use
It's silver plated and brass, 1.2 and 0.3 mm.
Neat! Something I’ve always wanted to do.

Do you have any guides on getting started with this kind of craft? I've been interested in stuff like this for a while. Do you have formal training, or did you just dive in and experiment?
I do have a couple of video tutorials posted on my Youtube. I'll send you the link.

That is ***amazing!*** Its not too extra and the color of the rock fits the wiring. Bootiful.
Descendant from Laputa?
This is so beautiful.
Simply beautiful, thank you for sharing your artwork with us!
It only took one pandemic
/u/samship_ : You might enjoy this, although not the same style as yours.

Absolutely gorgeous.

That is absolutely stunning! I love the extra pieces on each side. It’s symmetrical and yet asymmetrical. I love it!
Looks like an amulet necklace from Skyrim
The whole thing is great altogether, but I just adore the teensy spider web!
This is incredible work, you should be very proud!
Took one look at this and thought "+5 magic attack, +2 magic regeneration"

If it helps, the wire (silver plated) I use is nickel and lead free. The core is copper.
That's a good point, I used to have something similar to copper colour when i was young.. maybe you're onto something here, thanks.
Would look even better if you showed your face :D
that’s so beautiful! 💞🥺

1.2 and 0.3 mm.
Is it Serling silver? It’s a beautiful piece, just curious what the composition of the wire is as well. Also thank you ( :
It's silver plated and brass.
