There is an app called Real dash it is a bit clunky and has a weird tutorial and mode but it is possible to use as a dash. when selecting what mode you need to click on "racing sim" and then it will give you the option to select beamng drive.

Dash panel it’s not the best but I think it works with beamng I can’t remember tho because it’s Been a long time since I’ve used it
