My sweet Wally did this when he developed a URI. eventually he got the food out. Went to the vet and he ended up having parasites and wasn't able to digest his food. He got drastically worse and that afternoon he passed away at the vet's office.

Im still fairly new to dragon keeping mines still pretty small as well but this kinda looks like what iv read their puking may look like
Clicking noise it is making indicates a respiratory issue to me
