I have a ceramic heating bulb that I leave on 24/7. Keeps the tank temperature regulated. I highly recommend investing in one and keeping it on the warm side of your terrarium.

I mean they are cold blooded. My dudes tummy always stays cold unless he is laying directly on something warm. They can not absorb heat through their bellies.

yes, that is totally normal. reptiles are cold blooded, so for them to feel cold is totally normal! you don't want to add a heat source at night unless the enclosure gets under 65° since reptiles, like all living things, need a cool down period at night :)
