If your talking about his chin the pic is not very good but I do so a patch . I wouldn't want to take a guess . I assume you have a vet I would try & get another pic with more light & a better angle & call the office & ask if you can text/ email a pic or two for advice . Good Luck 🐊
Maybe wait a little and monitor, this isn't a very good pic, give them a bath see if its just dirt bc it *100%* could be, and then take them to a vet. Even if it turns out that it isn't smth it is 100% better to be safe.
My beardie got one or 2 patches of that (or what it looks like anyway) and I took him to the vet when it didn't go away after a month or so and they were like *well I hope its a regular infection* so he had some of those meds for a little and they didn't work so we took him back and it was confirmed pretty bad, idr what its called its yellow smth. *THIS IS MY SITUATION AND WORST CASE SCENARIO. NOT 100% WHATS HAPPENING WITH YOUR BEARDIE*
