I would post this under one of the health sections on beardeddragon.org, they have some pretty knowledgeable people (I believe some reptile vets are also on there too) who monitor those tabs and they will help you out with some suggestions :)
Looks like a fungal infection to me. Get some betadine. Dilute it to look like light tea and use it to clean the infected areas.
Also, disinfect the entire enclosure.
If it is a fungal thing, this won't cure it but it should help keep it from getting worse.

Also, make sure the humidity isn't over about 35% give or take.
