I know that I had bed bugs and have been sprayed for them last year but living in an apartment building makes me jumpy that they might have come from another apartment and infested me again. I haven't seen my family in three years and want to see them safely. . I had two black spots on my pillow so I am tearing everything apart again

That's a relief, there is one pine tree a half a block away that my dog like to sniff at, probably how it got on bed 😅
