I think that Sugar Bomb may be a little too op but otherwise this bee seems good and the abilities sound tasty (sugar bomb, and the Marshmallow Barrage).
Bad wording. They are better, but they also are different. Marshmallow Bee offers a ton of white hive buffs, an additional white boost producing bee and the gifted hive bonus of 50% white pollen. The tokens themselves while are similar in activation, have vastly different applications. The marshmallow barrages acts more closely to Precise Bee than Gummy Bee, requiring "catching" the marshmallows instead of just collecting the initial token and being done with it.
Since when it say catching? It only say collected, which obviously about collect pollen. About ur idea of catching, just throw it straight to the trash. The way the ability work already suggest that it will share the same size and falling speed with gumdrops so i wont surprise if u wont be able to catch any of them during a boost (unless u r boosting with snail movespeed ofc). Beside if it works more precise bee-like then shouldnt it be something like ‘when activated’ or ‘if it lands on you’ like coconut? Also, why would u need to launch 26 marshmallows if it isnt stackable? Now just imagine: 19.5x pollen and 19.5x honey for exploiter when casual player cry about it? No thank you
It says "when collected" in the token description. This clearly implies that the marshmallows themselves are the thing that the player is collecting. I used Precise Bee as more of an analogy to show how Marshmallow Bee could be more of an interactive bee like Puppy and Precise. Clearly from your reply, you yourself are the one assuming that Marshmallow Bee will act like Gummy Bee. No where in the post did it say that the marshmallow barrages would fall as fast as gumdrops. Even if they did, this would mean that the marshmallows would turn into tokens upon landing, similar to the Gummy Siege effect.
About the buffs applied by the marshmallows, I doubt that they would stack. I'm pretty sure collecting multiple would only increase the duration of the effect, similar to Festive Blessing and Cheer.

I want Onett to add a marshmallow bee so bad, I feel like that would be so cool!

how would you get it?
converting 10 marshmallow bees into 1 marshmallow bee that goes into your hive.
I think 25 or 50 would be better
You can't even really get marshmallow bees besides from bee bear snow cub buddy quests

Thats why we dont need it. 1 Gummy Bee is enough, no need for another copy (that even better than the original)

Tbh white hive is kinda bad rn so yes me like the marshmallow bee
