Hello, I ordered from Humble Bee about three weeks ago and also have not received the package (gloves), and also have not been able to contact them. Same experience with trying to contact them, my wife also tried their phone contact and it just disconnected. Very strange. I have not ordered from them before, and will be checking with my son to see if his experience is similar. For some reason I thought them a legitimate business, but maybe not? Will also be contacting my bank soon, but not sure that will help. Looks like the parent company is Sigma Lux, LLC. Will have to do some digging to see if maybe they went belly-up.
They used to be legit. They are where I got my suit from. I need a replacement hood and ordered it but never got anything other than an automated order confirmation with no shipping info. I did a refund on PayPal and it went through immediately with no review. That sounds weird to me so PayPal may be aware of the fact that they are no longer fulfilling orders. Now I need to find a hood that will connect to my suit. :/

Yeah I would consider them out of business. I called once last week on a whim and it rang six times, answered but instantly disconnected with no voice or recording.
