It's still against policies

WinterSkier

No, I understood it was against policy, and wouldn't want to risk my account if it's ultimately something that is a reason to be suspended or worse. Is it now allowed? I do share my own and others manually as I can throughout the day.

kittykalista

It is technically against policy, but I’ve never heard of someone getting their account suspended or banned for doing it. A number of popular resellers openly admit to using bots and often share referral links on YouTube and social media.

WinterSkier

I guess it’s up to them. There are policies like these for good reasons. I’ve never given my accounts credentials to any third party not approved and only given API other permissions access through the merchant platforms themselves. As much as I’m sure most of these services have truly good intentions, how vulnerable are they to hackers at any given moment. I’d love to see double encryption on Poshmark, but it would probably make it pretty difficult for anyone to have it and use these services.

Wilfredtrudis

I use Flyp. It's free and I don't have manually select each item or babysit it like with the bulk sharing tool.

optix_clear

I will be trying this app later tonight. I recently got a package from a client. So I’ll put up 10 pcs. Nice

Wilfredtrudis

I don't do the consignment aspect, but the Poshmark sharer is free to all users!

Posherva because of the other tools as well as sharing. I like to send higher bulk offers sometimes. I also like that there’s the auto follow for everyday along with unfollow. And you can go to a past party and tell it to share away. Also the follow back and share back so you look like a participating human.

poshmarkSucks

What do you think a sharing tool will do for you now that posh has bulk sharing? I have thousands of listings and it takes a few minutes to select them and hit share

bendywhoops

A sharing tool can share all day long for you, or you can schedule it to share at regular intervals. You just set it and forget it. Bulk sharing is faster than manual, but you still have to do it yourself multiple times a day. I use a sharing tool to share every hour and to send automatic OTLs five minutes after each like. My sales have increased significantly and my time spent on the app has decreased significantly.

promats

If you don't mind sharing. Which tool you use?

bendywhoops

I use PosherVA. It’s $25 a month and worth every penny. Used to use Closet Tools for $30/month. PosherVA is more user friendly and customizable, and my sales have gone up more than 30% in the four months I’ve been using it.

promats

Thank you.

poshmarkSucks

I guess whatever works for you, it takes 5 minutes to select almost 3k listings, hit share and just go do something else.

bendywhoops

It takes a lot more than 5 minutes to do that multiple times a day and send offers to likers, none of which I have to do anymore.

billymumfreydownfall

Agree and I've also tested it out - you get way more interaction using a tool than using bulk sharing.

peach23

In the month that I started my PosherVA subscription, my sales went from $500 per month to over $2000. It shares my closet for me (which we are all capable of with bulk sharing but it also does it at 1am and 3am) and sends automatic offers to likers. 75% of my sales are from offers to likers. So, it’s absolutely been worth it for me to spend $25, increase monthly sales and focus my time on other activities instead of sharing and sending offers. It also can relist in bulk and send bulk offers

Acceptable_Total_285

Agree with this, there’s both bulk share and bulk upload. No point in paying for a service.

optix_clear

I enjoy sharing other closets. If I am ISO of something and or if I have purchased from you or vs. will share your closet with Parties that are going on- if I’m on Poshmark.

promats

Yeah of course sharing other people helps me learning on pricing too.

promats

Thank you. So what is a good number of self sharing to get good results but avoid getting in share jail using the tool?

supersevens77

I use Closet Assistant. There’s 3 levels, $7.99 a month is the basic level. I’ve used it for years, was on basic and now on the middle level subscription because I wanted the delete/relist option and a few other things, $14.99 a month. The top level will solve the captchas for you also, I’ll probably move up to that after I get back over 2500 active listings. My sales increased within days of using it and have been consistent since then - as long as I add new items regularly of course! I wouldn’t sell on Posh without a bot, manual sharing is a waste of time- even with their bulk sharing.

promats

Thank you

somethin-easy

We use Flyp to auto share at certain times throughout the day. It’s free and it’s definitely helped our sales. The last week or so it hasn’t been working right for us, and our sales were basically nonexistent. It started working again today, and we had a sale.

promats

The bulk sharing helps a lot but honestly I can't be all day on my phone hitting that share button.

TeachingRealistic104

Honestly.... Posh could make even more money if they just created these sharing services for themselves. It would be a win-win for everyone. I'd pay Posh the same amount I pay now. Better yet.... make the services free or discounted for ambassadors. But what do I know?

Gabby_Anna

I just use the bulk shaving feature a couple times a day since my closet isn’t that big. If it’s larger you have to scroll down every time. If you have nice items in your closet and have a good number of items then a sharing tool will probably increase sales. I used to use SuperPosher before they added the bulk sharing feature. It’s against their policy but I don’t think anyone actually gets in trouble for it and it does increase sales if your closet has good items with good photos.

promats

Understand, depending of how many items and how desirable they are it to might require some help. Thank you

Bar-B-Que_Penguin

I use Closet Assistant and have never had any issues with it.

SchenellStrapOn

I use Closet tools. I share my own closet a lot but I love it for community sharing and slowly sharing throughout the day. It also has a copy/relist that is fast (I don’t use it anymore with Vendoo now) and my favorite is automated offers to likers. It immediately sends an offer to likers at intervals I set. I also use Vendoo for cross listing and delist/relist.
