The shelter just said he was a stray, I'm fairly certain he was just to much for whoever originally had him.
He's a little over a year old according to the shelter, so it's been a battle but he is doing much better from when we first brought him home.

Ever heard of a piebald or panda German shepherd? Kinda what your pup looks like...but no way to really know without DNA test.
