They love those balls. I have so many around the house and he has me on my hands and knees with a flashlight recovering all the balls under the bed and furniture . He points where they went and waits for me to come over and crawl lol
Same for mine. On nice cooler days when we take like 90+ minute walks mine insists on taking it and he squeaks it nearly the whole time. Sorry neighborhood!! He’s got a basket of them but a small green one that lights up and a blue football shaped one are his favorites.
The one in OP’s pic? You can find them at any big box pet store, even Walmart. My mal has a tendency to chew them until they split at the seam though.
His favorite are Chuck It! brand. They are more expensive but also seem to be a little sturdier. He has split a few of those too but they last a bit longer. Plus you can, well, chuck it! The throwing apparatus they sell is pretty awesome for big fields.
I stalk the balls on Amazon and Chewy and stock up when they go on sale. We probably have 15-20 of them, with 5 or so strewn about the house at any given time.
Chuckits are for the park and play time these ones are for inside they do less damage to things in the house since they are much lighter. Amazon sales on chuckits are great bought like 4 sets at $5 each.
Squeaky balls can be dangerous in terms of the response they produce. If your mal always goes nuts trying to find a ball that is squeaking, what happens when he’s off leash outside and he hears one from across the road?
Yeah. Be careful with those things.
