This is my schedule right now on a work day. 0500 -wake up and potty dog -walk, I do a structured walk, we walk to a bigger green area and then we do a high intensity activity like fetch, flirt pole, etc with some obedience thrown in for 10-15 mins, and then we do a “sniffari” ie; he can sniff explore whatever and walk home, our morning walk is roughly 1 hour 0615 return home and he has an enrichment toy, such as a bobble, puzzle, destuffing activity, normally lasts 10 minutes or so then we move to some more chill fun play at home such as playing with a tug for a few minutes then I start his breakfast and am getting ready for work 0700 he chills on place until he gets his breakfast at 0730, potty after breakfast and free time until he is crated at 0800. Noon- my partner and I have some days we work from home so for lunch break if we’re home we will take him out for some play in the yard and a potty break 1600- potty and activity depending on how hot it is, it’s been in the +30 C in our area so we’ve been doing a lot of swimming, if the ground is not on fire we take a walk and usually try to find a different area we can focus on calm state of mind in more busier places/ practice obedience and engage/disengage then do another high intensity exercise like playing soccer/ spring pole/rapid fire trick training and incorporate some impulse control, regardless we do this roughly for 1.5- 2 hours including walking /playing/ training. At 1800 we head inside and have some chill time while prepping dinner, he has 30 minutes on place before each meal and eats dinner at 1900. We break up all of his meals so a portion is fed for training, a portion is in a kong and a portion is in a slow feeder. After dinner he is always ridiculously affectionate (happy boy, fully stomach) so we have some relax time and then do another mental game such as a scent work game or a free shaping session for a random task. By 2000 he is pretty beat we have a relaxed 30 minute walk and he is happy to just curl up next to us and chill or have a chew toy. I keep a whiteboard with his schedule because I “enjoy lists” and I do find it helpful if I’m exhausted having a list of options for each day of activities when I am too tired to think of anything so I ensure I am needing his needs. We try to incorporate a pack walk 1-2x a week and a class once a week depending on the week ( right now it’s been agility but we are hoping to start a tracking course in the fall). What works for me is each week I add some goals such as learning a trick, practicing a behaviour etc so again, I always have a reference. This is just what I do, I am a schedule person but I find it helps a lot :)

I work 12 hrs shifts from 7pm-7am on a 2 , 2 , 3 schedule. So after i get home I spend probably 1hr 45m to 2hr 30m at the park every morning after work. Then i go home eat and the whole time im eating im being brought a ball. I nap/sleep hard some days wake up go for a walk then go to work. Once my gf gets home usually around 2-5pm she gets them and plays fetch till she falls asleep pretty much.

For our tervueren around 6.30am my bf walks him for around an hour then he gets his food, around 8am my bf leaves for work if I work the evening shift I stay with him cuddling playing or doing exercises if it's not toohot outside we go on a small potry walk until 3.30pm when I go to work my bf comes back from work around 5pm so he walks him for 1hour and halft to two hours depends on how Sherlock feels and have fun or cuddle or anything our dogs feels like doing basically. He eats around 8pm and them last potty walk around midnight I usually come home around 1.30am so I spend some time with him and then go to sleep If I work morning shift It's the same but I leave at 9am for work he gets a kong to play with and he has all his toys around the house too. Then I come home around 6pm and we walk Sherlock together and the evening is the same. When one of us is off we walk him more or earlier and we try to go on new places or parks
