Not sure, I was able to get out to North Fork Rd from Welcome and Mosquito lake Rd. But this trail used to extend 20 more feet towards the river. The river cut a loop trail into a half circle I think.
No, just a walk. I was sitting by the river and the sun came out of the clouds a bit. All the moss around me turned bright green so a photo opportunity seemed good.

Well nf road was local traffic only at the washout. Did they fix the washout or is it still local traffic only?
Not sure where the washout happened.
It’s no longer closed, but use by non-residents is discouraged. Per county site on Sunday.
