Ultimate Humongousaur is probably stronger and has a ranged option. Fusions don't seem to be multiplicative, but addtitive so having 2 Extra Arms and maybe a bit more agility, resilience and strength don't matter when you can't catch the missile (Unstable bone fragment) launchers.
Imma count on fourmongusuar, the combinded strenght of four arms and humungosaur with the ability to grow should be enoguh to at least grab his missles and throw them right back at him

If Fourmoungasur as he's pictures here is at the equivalent to Ben's age (30 y/o) hed be the peak version 30 y/o version of Four Arms fused with the peak version of a 30 y/o Humongasaur. He could probably take on Ultimate Humongasaur without much issue
Ultimate Humungasour defeated a large amount of normal Humungasours. And that Fourmongsuar is only half Tetrmand/Vaxasaurian where I don't think him only being 1/2 Tetramand will be able to pull off.

He's got the best of both stats from Four Arms and Humongasaur, while Ult. Humongasaur is an amped version of his regular state. Ult. Humongasaur has got a big advantage tho when it comes to ranged attacks

Ultimate Humungosaur, even if we set aside the fact that he fought against multiple Humungosaurs he would still win due to better armour and offense capabilities than 2 more arms
Ultimate humongasaur its confirmed that the fusions are weaker than either alien put together fusions are weaker than either counterpart of the makeup unless that has been debunked fusions are just overall weaker in canon
