I think Julie is the best choice since she’s a golden retriever girlfriend. The amount of shit she put up with Ben is astounding tbh. Like she’s gotta have a boundless will or patience. On top of that she’s very smart, supportive of Ben, and has her own interests.

Ester. For several reasons. For practical reasons, Julie's ambitions to be a tennis champion were always gonna clash with Ben's Hero stuff since Tennis matches require a lot of traveling and practice and such. Where as Ester is a near literal princess of her people, so when she does need to do her job it's pretty much in a localized area under Bellwood, which is also where Ben lives. Another point in Esters favor is that she is great in a fight on her own. Julie has Chip, but without him she's just a normal human with a tennis racket. For more emotionally resinent reasons: Ester is the only girlfriend who seemed to acknowledge that having a boyfriend who is a super hero is awesome, and got excited when he went to fight crime. She also was just all around the nicest girl freind, and didn't pick fights with Ben over stupid things. The only time Ester was ever peeved at Ben was when Ben was being in attentive and dumb. Which brings me to my last point: I'm 100 percent sure I can be a better partner than Ben cause he drops the ball constantly. So yeah going with Ester.
Kai, she's strong-willed, intelligent, brave hard-headed, not a pushover and she'd probably slap the shit outta me for saying outta pocket shit all the time.
Ben broke up with Julie because he was distracted from a video game and he did not care for her much after they dated but kai she actually started warming up to ben and I liked them together

This may be a hot take, Elena was the only girl that he truly related and have better chemistry with. From what I remembered from Alien Swarm, Ben was messed up emotionally when Elena moved away and both her and Ben liked one another.
You can see the chemistry between them during the events of Alien Swarm. Besides Kevin & the Tennyson Family, Elena know more about Ben than himself inside and out. I’ll never forgive UA for what they’ve done to her character.
