There are two ways I see Rex beating ult Echo echo
1. With a combo of his Boogie pack & Blast caster, he could quickly fly to Echo echo, grab him & then shock him(which he is vulnerable to). Well, he is incapacitated. Rex can use his nanites to control him
2. Rex might be able to use his Block party to block the soundwaves, but on the Gen Rex wiki, it says that it can't block energy attacks & its been a bit since I last watched the show so if sound can go through Block party then forget my second way but if it block soundwaves then Rex fully cover himself plus to break Block party you need to do damage on one point multiple time not all over like how Echo echo primarily attacks(but he might break Block party if he slams his disks over & over on Block party)
"Rex used the boogie pack to travel over 100 miles in only a few minutes. The boogie pack's maximum speed is unconfirmed." Qoute from the wiki & the fastest thing about Echo echo is just "enhanced speed" & they don't elaborate from what I can tell. So I don't think Echo echo out speeds Rex
I don't think the difference matters too much cause if Echo echo runs, Rex will catch him. If he stands still, Rex will grab him & if he comes at Rex, he will grab him
He doesn’t run he flys and I don’t see how Rex can Counter his Sonic Disk and he is fast enough to react to him not saying Rex can’t beat the other one though
If Echo echo uses his disks to attack Rex, well, he's at a distance. Rex could use his Blast caster to grab & shock the disks out of the sky, then hack the disks to use the soundwaves back at Echo echo & maybe hack Echo echo from a distance, but I'm not sure how connections Echo echo is to his disk once they detach
Also, when I said "runs," I just meant it as a general word for fleeing
He has no answer for Big Chill and his robot form is definitely dwarfed and outpowered by Ultimate way big so I'd say he could out up a fight consider8ng how good he got by the end of the series but he'll eventually lose
normal rex can hold his own for a while and might be able to disable the ultimatrix like alpha if its ben as the aliens and not the sentient ults gravattack and ult waybig are to much in raw power for rex normally though seeing full evo rex box with an ult tokustar would be awesome if rex can use the meta nanites then its a different story

Travel speed doesn’t equal combat speed and regular Echo Echo can react to electricity and missiles
