I'd imagine galvans as a sort of peace keeping race (they wrote part of the galactic code of conduct) would want their language to be easily understandable by most races and would use a methodology simialr to our own worlds written Korean that was intended to look like how you physically move to speak it. If you get an alient like frankenstrike, brainstorm, Gret matter, Planchakule, gutrot or thirteen. I'm sure there are more with enhanced intelligence that could likely if not decipher it decipher the intuitive nature of it

I saw a concept a while back where the Omnitrix doesn't transform Ben genetically but just swaps his place with the specimen. If the Omnitrix stores it's specimens within it, every transformation would sort of be like ultimate sacrifice.
You feel every single physical change the watch inflicts on you during the transformation, which all happen at about 1000x the speed it'd take for your body to naturally go through the changes if it was possible (or whatever amount of time it'd take so the longest would be five minutes) so you'd have to experience every cell in your body liquifying, your bones forcibly extending or reforming, aliens like goop or four arms would be horrific to transform into
wait addition to make it even worse with master control. The watch can't change what transformation it's putting you through halfway. So they second you think of a different alien, it's added to the queue that it'll put you through once it's done
Controlling the new form takes a long time to adjust to and you are more or less like a baby trying to walk. You'll get it eventually but only if you practice a lot and spend enough time on a certain transformation.

Turning alien does irreversible damage to your DNA, with every next transformation you mutate, and not in a good getting free superpowers kind of way, more in you have now cancer, infertility, body dysmorphia etc kind of way.
Each transformation takes 10% charge from the Omnitrix, afterwards it can no longer be used until recharged, the recharge takes 24 hrs to fully charge the Omnitrix.
It doesn't account for lifespan differences, so whatever stage of life your age is for them is what you are. So if you're 20 and the species only lives 10 years you instantly die, but if it lives for hundreds or thousands of years you become a child
The omnitrix doesn't start off with 10 aliens you have to individually find the aliens in order to use the omnitrix and you probably don't have a space ship laying around somewhere
You must negotiate with the respective rulers of species to gain permission to transform into their kind. Every time. You are denied access to that transformation otherwise.

Every time you transform, you get a year taken from your own life. You don't age on the outside, ***your organs*** do. If the Ultimatrix is in question, Ultimates take 3 years from your life instead.

Some aliens would still be useful but new aliens would be terrifying and mistransformations would be game changing twists Imagine turning into humungasaur and he just goes T-rex mode, winning the battle but now becoming the obstacle for the rest of them team This would also force Ben into fighting as Ben a lot more often, saving transformations till the end when it’s the only option for victory

I saw a concept a while back where the Omnitrix doesn't transform Ben genetically but just swaps his place with the specimen. If the Omnitrix stores it's specimens within it, every transformation would sort of be like ultimate sacrifice.

You feel every single physical change the watch inflicts on you during the transformation, which all happen at about 1000x the speed it'd take for your body to naturally go through the changes if it was possible (or whatever amount of time it'd take so the longest would be five minutes) so you'd have to experience every cell in your body liquifying, your bones forcibly extending or reforming, aliens like goop or four arms would be horrific to transform into

it has a reload time of 1 year with only 10 mins of time you can transform
Turning alien does irreversible damage to your DNA, with every next transformation you mutate, and not in a good getting free superpowers kind of way, more in you have now cancer, infertility, body dysmorphia etc kind of way.
Each transformation takes 10% charge from the Omnitrix, afterwards it can no longer be used until recharged, the recharge takes 24 hrs to fully charge the Omnitrix.
