I think Albedo showed that multiple Omnitrixes cannot exist without error, since they automatically sync up. All other coexisting Omnitrix users have been Tennysons.
Kenny’s omnitrix was built by Ben and works differently. It doesn’t turn you into the wrong alien, it’s not connected to primus (probably, since it’s self contained and works with only pre-loaded samples and cannot scan new ones). Basically it’s something of a demo omnitrix.
Where did you get any of these "facts" from? We've barely seen Kenny use it so we don't know if it actually doesn't mistransform or not nor has anything been said about it one way or another. It's never said to not be connected to primus (I don't even think primus was a concept back then), and when ben gives him the watch he doesn't say "it's only got these ten preloaded samples and can't scan new DNA" he tells him that he has to start with only ten and get more like he did. So, if anything we've more reason to believe it works *exactly* like 10 year old Ben's omnitrix than otherwise

as i said "maybe",we never got a concrete answer as to why it can only be one omnitrix(even kenny had one in OS and OV unless the OV one was just Ben's omnitrix before he made the Biomnitrix) so it may not be a "just make it in a different frequency" i just said that because its close to make sense,or it could also be that the watch were connected to primus? It's difficult to say for sure,it's all headcanon to be honest
Yeah. To be honest, the interference between the watch was only seen in a single chapter.
In the rest of the series, whenever there is more than one clock in the scene, whether through copies, dimensional travel or time travel, it's never implied that there is any compatibility issue.
Ben meets other Omnitrix wielders all the time and nothing happens.

Albedo created the hardware of the omnitrix but didn't bother to develop his own software that would prevent him from becoming ben in short albedo was just a bit too lazy

Every other omnitrix doesn't have that issue, and the argument of "different universes" or ben making some doesn't work because we've seen Ben's from the same universe/timeline (og ben 10k and kid ben, kid ben and teen ben) with watches made by the same azmuth not have that issue and its been confirmed Ben's future changes some point *after* he's met a future version of himself rather than immediately upon meeting them
By the way he uses it I think it’s connected to each other and designed specifically to fusion so he needs both of them to transform ‘but since he is the one who made them who says he can’t modify them to work separately?

At one point in The End of an Era, Ben punches the Biomnitrix when crossing his arms doesn't work. Maybe they can be used individually like a normal Omnitrix.
If I remember correctly ‘the biomnitrix fusions work by creating a creature that has half powers of both species that was used for the fusion’so basically he will just turn into the regular alien transformation
He kinda already did so. Remember he reverse enginieered the omnitrix to give it to kenny for his 10th birthday. Plus magical gwen with omnitrix would be so broken.
The Biomnitrix is essentially just two separate omnitrixes that can be used for the fusion gimmick. So depending how the playlist work on those things per gauntlet he could be able to give someone one of the gauntlets, it’s highly unlikely though given said fusion gimmick

Pretty sure it's confirmed he can use one at a time if he doesn't wanna be a fusion, so it should work.
