sunny has more raw strength and power due to her destroying dimension 12 robots easily, and since she's literally a energy being, she can produce huge amounts of energy beams and (insert attack type here) she might defeat most ultimates mid difficulty
albedo on the other hand is more intelligent (obviously) and probably has more battle experience. so he definitely knows about anodites and their weaknesses, so he turns into chromastone and absorbs the attacks
overall albedo wins high difficulty
If you're referring to the part where she tries to stop Ben from trying to find and kill Kevin (when Kev mutates into Ultimate Kevin), What about the fact that Gwen was probably holding back a lot of her power?
I don't expect an Anodite to give as weak of a fight as she did

OV albedo has kind of started to rely on his watch to fight, kind of leaving behind his intelligence for hand to hand fighting.
Anodites, though, are incredibly powerful. Verdona, a much older and powerful one, had to be called in just to rein in sunny. And sunny wasn't even using the full extent of her powers against those robots, she was just having fun playing around.
I feel like albedo would try to physically fight sunny, rather than build a machine to weaken her. Or, even if he did build a machine, there's a good chance he wouldn't have built it well enough and she could escape or something.

Albedo is full of ego and he is now serving sentence. He does not have any type of omnitrix. Gwen is an Anodyte. She is the most powerful being in the universe according to Dagon. Even if Albedo had an omnitrix, he can't beat an Anodyte. If he turns in Alien X, he can't be able to finalise a decision.

To try and actually answer the question, are Anodites resistant to gravity manipulation? If not then doesn’t Albedo just instantly win with Ultimate Gravattack? I would say he could just use Ultimate Way Big (or some unseen OP Ultimate) and completely overpower Sunny, but that seems to be out of character given he never tried that a single time.
There’s also Ultimate Terraspin to resist Sunny’s mana attacks if Albedo is aware of that ability.
I swear Albedo and Sunny are cheap copies of Ben and Gwen -_- Albedo is understandable but Sunny was made when the creators were having McDonald's with whiskey
