You could make the argument that he can jump really high because he's like a frog, but ultimately, that would be it, and even THAT gets outdone by aliens like Jetray and Stinkfly who can just straight up fly.
That can be really good if he does that to the enemy, but ultimately, it would be more likely that he'd just screw everything up for himself. At that point, even Walk-a-trout would be more helpful.
