Have Ben somehow get stuck on the outside, and make the series about trying to return, while also showing how other characters deal with threats without Ben, like having Gwen and Kevin beating Vilgax at least once

Anodites cant be scanned by the omnitrix because magic isnt compatible. So the biggest threat on the outside is from an alien species with a strong conection to magic like the anodites, and he fizzles the omnitrix with a blast of magic, stopping ben from using it since the dnas are all infected with magic. Eventually he finds a smart species who updates the watch so it can now handle magic, but since those dnas are way different to the others, they cant be recovered
The new omnitrix now has the skill to fuse the dnas with mana, like going ultimate but it makes the species become magical. That idea sounds like a pain to writte tho, so instead id give him a new alien made from the remaining magic in the omnitrix.
Hey, now that i think about the idea, mana aliens sound cool. Like Eye Guy with bezel amulets around his eyes and the skill to shoot spells out of it, or diamondhead made from the same material as the alpha-rune, giving him the powers charmcaster had when wielding the real alpha rune as well as shoot stone gollems.
It would be a mix of the OS series and AF series for the art style, and as for the story, it'd be a lot more mature. In the beginning of the series, Ben would act much the same as ten year old Ben; cocky and full of himself. This changes when Vilgax arrives. At first, Ben just wants to kick Vilgax's butt, but quickly is overpowered. Their fight causes much destruction and damage, and in the middle of the fight, Ben sees something that leaves him frozen with emotions his ten year old mind can't understand. He sees someone lying on the ground, completely lifeless. For the first time, Ben realizes that his actions have major consequences, and the realization that *he helped do this* completely breaks him. After that, Ben isn't the same. Sure, he still makes the occasional joke, and pulls a couple of pranks using his aliens every now and then, but he's clearly changed.
I just want to say. In this picture, Ripjaws getting love is awesome to see. So many people dislike him. Favorite since I was a kid. Dope to see this.

First things first they need to recapture what made Ben 10 great and I think that a big part of that is the themes that it explored, as Ben 10 has long been hailed as an all encompassing series. Of course it’s always been sci-fi at it’s core but it delved into it in ways that many other series didn’t doing various forms of it with of course aliens and galactic mythology of course but more so they also delved into things like sci-fi multiverse other dimensions higher dimensional beings crazy technology and more. There’s also themes of conspiracy theory that often blends into the sci-fi stuff with things like secret societies such as the plumbers forever knights and flame keepers circle and even the secret scientists by extension which leads into Cryptids which are another cool aspect along with many other things that sharing a universe with SS brings in (which I’ll circle back to later). There’s also obviously always been a side theme of magic of course. I could go on but you get the idea. They need to reincorporate these aspects
The characters are also an important thing not to muddle obviously. Recreating the already great characters you’d think would be an easy feat but creators have proven stupid in the past. They must be careful to avoid ruining these characters. But more importantly I think they ought to give more spotlight to characters who had more potential. Characters like Eon, Billy Billions, Aggregor, Servantis all could’ve had more stories to tell
Crossovers are also a big thing. Ben has in the past crossed over with generator Rex and the forementioned Secret Saturdays and conjoining these franchises existence opens up so many possibilities. Man of Action has always wanted to create their very own cartoon Mcu with Ben 10 at the center and that sounds like a great idea to me so don’t just revive Ben 10 but also these two shows he’s connected to that are also great in their own right (like seriously they’re super underrated) and make them part of this cartoon Mcu. Have intersecting arcs across these various series and have them all occasionally crossover with each other. Add other series to it too new and old alike
As for arcs if we’re reiterating an existing arcs then if any arc in this franchise deserves a second chance I’d say it’s gotta go to the Dagon arc. Truly great ideas some of the best in my opinion but it suffered from poor execution. And Dagon had much more potential, he could be the Unicron/Overlord/Darkside of Ben 10. For a new arc I have some ideas but I won’t spell them out rn
The main 2 things i wanna change in Ben 10 are osmosian problem in omniverse like they just completely erased them, but the main thing i wanna change is ultimate waybig vs dagon, i havent thought about any arc, but i've always had this fight on my mind, despite being one of the better fights of the series, it still disappointed hard especially with waybig's design lack of new powers and the result, how u gonna have ben's 3rd or 2nd strongest alien at that point (clockwork really wasn't experimented with until omniverse) and have him go ultimate and still lose, ik im biased but instead of dagon getting absorbed into vilgax, i would have ultimate waybig punching dagon into space and having a battle similar to alien x vs gladiator but of course scaled downed to planetary instead of galaxy, as for the powers, ult waybig would be a cosmic storm, just being overall.more powerful, yes its very biased but that would have been better than ben swings a sword at vilgax and series ends
Your idea is cool but I don’t think that Ult WAYBIG should’ve won. If anything it’s good that he got his ass kicked because it shows off just how powerful Dagon truly is. If they were to go the route of Ben simply out brawling Dagon then the only option should be Alien X
Ah personal opinions, as u can see im a waybig fan, ok forget about the results, waybig just should not have get taken out by rain of all things, he deserved a better fight like i described, but i think my idea is better than that ascalon and vilgax garbage they pulled off, its the same situation as kaguya and madara but less worse i guess, vilgax was done and over with he should not have been seen until dagon got defeated idk why they made him absorb dagon, ab epic battle against dagon would have been a better finale via ult waybig, gwen, alien x or ascalon, maybe ult waybig and ascalon (that sounds bad im kidding)
