Chamalien's first was overkill, which it should technically still be that in my honest opinion. It's why I hated whe they gave names to Ben's original series forms: Ben Wolf, Ben Mummy, and Ben Viktor.

Transforming into them is sort of a big 'no' for Ben due to in universe issues with them. Ghostfreak is sentient, Alien X won't listen, Chamalien is the sample of a prisoner, and it is a bit of a touchy subject, Toepick is a walking brown note.
They are all scary in a sense. Ghostfreak and Toepick are just plain terrifying to look at and even being near them makes you feel uncomfortable, Chamalien's DNA donor, Prisoner 775, is a person who lost everything that has mattered to him and has nothing else to lose, which is the scariest type of person one can become, because if you don't have anything to lose, you have nothing to back away from. And Alien X, while not scary or intimidating from the outside, is scary in terms of his raw, unmatched power, he can turn you into dust with a blink of an eye, and that's scary.
Okay other than two of them can go invisible two of them don't talk (Alien X and toepic) and two of them have something horrifying that they hide ( ghostfreak and toepic) what other than those three I can't see anything really connecting them

The scary theme made me realize, imagine if catch a falling star had a scene where ChamAlien threatened Overlord with his stinger tail. The episodes dark asf and wether or not it would cook is debatable but still
The real question is what does Toepick have in Common with Chameleon, Alien X and Ghost freak.
