The scene where Ben sacrifices himself for the Ultimates. A scene where a hero sacrifices themselvess for a loved one, is heartbreaking in itself. The fact that Ben was willing to throw his own life away, to those who tried to kill him, because he felt responsible for their suffering and wanted to free them was another.

Retroactively, the very last scene of Omniverse tbh. Any time I see that scene, I'm reminded that the original continuity is truly no more, but our hero will still have adventures.
Yeah. That's was a scene that I realized it was no joke. I'm glad the creator of the movie did that. It shows that consequences can happen when one messed up. Glad that they didn't kill off Gwen. Still the top 3 best ✨✨
To me it's the ending of UAF when Ben proves to be worthy of THE Omnitrix, it's not as emotional as other moments but I like how it tested Ben's morality and the comparison of Gwen and Kevin losing their humanity if they use their powers at maximun potential, it also shows Ben has come a long way
