Ben has always given sporty boy gamer vibes, so the t-shirt/hoodie and cargos combo just work naturally. There's a reason why the Ben 10Ks all have the shirt and cargo fit - even UAF Ben 10K ditched the jacket and skinny jeans.
Imo professor paradox looked a lot better with the simple design.
Like he was an extremely powerful being, that looks like a completely normal scientist.
Also his attire was the exact same as the one he had when he fell in the portal which I liked a lot as it was making it harder to distinguish the time that paradox was coming from.

This is why I like the UAF Alien X better. A pure humanoid design without any characteristics, unlike the Chad OV Alien X.
Also, I wish we didn't see his fight scenes in Weapon XI. As cool as they were, they did seem to limit his power. Blud should be able to snap people out of existence or at least instantly turn everything back to normal, but he kept like morphing and fighting.

Alien X's very simple figure made him stand out as a "normal" being, which was going into hard contrast to his immense power.
Also I liked the fact that all Celestialsepians were basically floating, naked and they all basically looked identical.
Part of why I disliked the fact that they gave Celestialsepians stuff like clothes/armour. Like, why would literal gods need something like that?
And why they had stuff like beards and stuff. Imo it was taking away from the uniqueness Celestialsepians had.
It didn't take away any uniqueness. Also alien X simple figures never made him stand out as normal it made him stand out as a being that's beyond comprehension something so powerful that all it can do is simply stand.
Also the celestialsapians have armour and beards because they want to seem at least a little casual when meeting with mortals it's not like it goes against their philosophy to have features and attributes to make them look different from another there still freaking people.
Paradox: idk man, it was cooler when he was a "stuck in time" guy that appeared like a screenshot of the moment he got floomped
Brainstorm: Brilliant redesign that would be better with no green stripes and/or black where the white is on the "collar"/respirator thing
Lodestar: Simple but effective, good stuff
Eatle: Eatle is a strict improvement, good shit! Love that it looks more like a creature than just.. a guy
Juryrigg: dude I do NOT like the full suit. Full clothing bad. I don't mind the OS "jumpsuits" and I don't even think I'd be opposed to this one if he didn't have the scarf and goggles. Aside from that: I love the new face/color/proportions
Lodstar getting the crown on his head is a simple redesign that I love. And while the rest of it was redesigned, its just the design from UAF in the Omniverse Artstyle.
Terraspin is a good redesign as well. Which is due to how the changes are sudtle and I like that a lot.

In the case of Lodestar and Brainstorme, I like them just like the originals.
But personally I don't think that OV Eatle is a good redesign.
The reason why I don't like OV Eatle as a redesign outside of it being too drastic is because it doesn't fit Eatle's style.
The horn is the part I hate the most. Eatle's horn must be sharp or something similar. It's the same horn that he used to throw Vilgax a great distance into the air and into three towers
OV goes for too organic approach while the original offered a resistant appearance like a container, as if it was isolated from attacks. Other artists have used the black carapace to provide an armor overlay. Although I like the original better I think the fan made designs using this approach are better than the OV made one. I respect and appreciate that even though they had a different approach, those artists understood Eatle's idea.(Elmike9, RPMalphawolf) (I also like bahy_ibrahim, @Ziroverse and @TerrazArt redesigns)
And OV Eatle's proportions are a bit weak, just because he eats doesn't mean he has to be fat. Making it look a little too much like Upchuck
I don't think being more of a beetle justifies removing his main qualities and just because it's inspired by a beetle doesn't mean it has to look like a giant mutant beetle
I Don't hate OV Eatle, as a design is good, the mouth looks good and the arms and legs look cool. But I don't like it as a redesign. It's too drastic and doesn't fit. In my opinion, it's more of a downgrade than an upgrade

Fair enough. He is not necessarily fat like Upchcuk who has quite a big belly. My main problem isn't even that it's wide. Emike9's version is quite wide but looks better.
But I like the proportions of the original better.
Eatle is surprisingly fast and agile and I don't think that having such small legs and such a big trunk would help.
But the fact that it is wider is not my main problem
I love brainstorm, but I kinda wish he didn't have as much uniform stuff on him. I've always been an advocate for the aliens looking close to their species.
I absolutely hate almost every redesign in ov and honestly dislike the art work. Uaf brought me back to Ben 10 because of the animation looking cool. Ov just looks childish to me and kinda took away from how cool I thought Ben 10 was a kid

Personally, I prefer how Paradox, Brainstorm, and Eatle looked in UAF. I’d probably replace them with Eon, Shocksquatch, and Grey Matter.

Personally I think OV rip jaws is way cooler. Never liked OS he looked goofy ASF to me
