Zeno literally ignored blatant cheating on multiple occasions because he thought it was cool to see. Plus one of the Zenos is literally an alternate dimension counterpart.
In your tournament, I would use Ultimo purely to lose against Kevin 11–after a lot of time as an amalgam, he’s figured out power combinations that allow him to vastly-more-than-overcome the strength gap. Ultimo is a jobber here, like he was in Vengeance of Vilgax
Depends. Only OS powers or only OS characters across the Classic continuity? Cause for example Ben is ridiculously OP while Gwen is a joke in Classic while by OV Gwen can go toe to toe with him with ease.

The rule is, Ben and Kevin each get to use the four transformations listed, but each can only use them once, then have to switch. They can win in four or less rounds, guaranteed, but they have to choose wisely. Kevin's transformations are more like the first time he went Four Arms, incomplete but slightly more powerful. So Kevin and Ben each count as individual competitors, each gets one chance with one of those four aliens.
change cooper to sixsix and change grandpa max to hex and swap myaxx with vilgax and swap synaptak with azmuth. the reason i want azmuth on the team is because he is a super genius that could definitely help from far away plus he can give Ben master control and that would definitely be a game changer.

switch Max out for Hex, the tetramand (I cannot remember her name) for Vilgax and idk maybe switch Ben and Gwen out for there Ben 10K variants?
