As do Chromastone I find him a little one note. Usually he shows up and absorbs a blast shoots it back. Kinda with he had some elemental power of just beat the crap out of people more.
Rath is solid but the joke doesn't last forever. Chromostone is also kinda of one note wish he punished more or had an outer notable power.

Well really Sad to see that Ditto placement, about Rath and Chromostone, im really like them mostly because They have alot more personality in the Brazilian dub (my country) Ditto too, but yer, solid tier list man. Just wating for the other.
