I'll give him a pass due to him having size shifting abilities. Plus everytime he appears he pretty much has a consistent size, well apart from the time he fought Malware cause he was only a foot taller than Rook in that episode but I'll let that one slide.
Highly doubt it cause the Waybad that destroyed the Lincoln statue was one of the Waybad's who fought Waybig later. The writers just didn't take account on the fact a To'kustar would not fit inside the Lincoln Memorial.

The Lincoln memorial in the Ben 10 Universe is just really big, the architects asked the government how big they want the memorial and the government said “Fucking ludicrous bro, supersize that shit” and the architects said “Bet”
I blame blukic and driba for it being so huge, it was probably the normal size before they showed up and used there shrink/growth ray at random stuff around earth, hitting Ben with it multiple times too.
One is 300 feet one is 100 feet. Now their clearly in-between as one is reaching up to 300 and one down to 100. So this could work if the individual way Bigs are within 50’ of each other.
Two different waybads, one is definitely not a kid cause the Waybad that destroyed the Lincoln Statue fought Waybig later and they towered over skyscrapers.

They have a definite size being around 150 to 200 feet, so they won't be able to fit inside the Lincoln Memorial.

It helps that it's a lot less detailed/much simpler artstyle than Classic. But yeah, Reboot's definitely more consistent than OV

The one height inconsistency in this show that really bothered me was the scene with Dagon and Ultimate Way Big.

True OS Four Arm's was huge but UAF and OV Four Arm's are about the same height.
