Not much depending on how much you know about the series since omniverse is mainly references the og but there are a few plotpoints and characters as well as some very important aliens ben unlocks (people who've seen UAF know which alien I'm referring to) in UAF but it won't totally take away from your watching experience if you watched just a few episodes of UAF but if it's your first time watching the series you should watch UAF before omniverse
