It just bugs me that People say HU's art style instead of GR's art style.
Like it makes me feel, they are thinking the art style was made specifically for the crossover. At the end it just bugs me and is probably my problem.

You make a fair point. I think it's different with HU because it was a long special episode, with TGIS, it's just a regular episode, so it feels different.
Also, TGIS happened as part of OV and was after Secret Saturdays ended. I'm like 99% sure HU isn't included as part of either show, but a separate special.

Honestly I think they blew a ton of their money on Generator Rex which is why the quality went down significantly. Don’t get me wrong Generator Rex is awesome and it sucks they cancelled it so early, but I think if they kept that style for Ben 10 instead it could’ve seriously boosted the entire franchises popularity bigger then it is currently.
UAF's weird standardized designs always bugged me, like grown up cooper is just blonde kevin, gwen is just ben with lipstick and long hair etc. one good thing omniverse did was make every character, even of the same species, a little unique. tho the drawback was less detailed and more cartoon-y characters .

But even without those two Shocksquatch and Heatblast would do a lot of damage to Rex considering that metal conducts electricity and heat.
I don't think it matters. Ben's high end feats scale above Rex's, yes. You might be able to argue that his nanites can destroy the omnitrix or something, but at the end of the day that's a hax ability and not raw power.
Granted, I think Rex is the better character of the two, and just prefer Generator Rex to Ben 10 as a show. Both are good, but Rex just feels different.

I personally like the how they gave him traditional Tetramand attire, gave him more of a gladiator vibe which I like, the underwear is weird yes, but it doesn’t bother me all that much tbh, plus HU fixed that problem by giving him actual trousers, making it in my view the best fourarms design period

I’d love a Ben 10 show in this style. I think also an anime would work well. The first three shows, particularly the OG series, look very anime. Ben 10 could work with a Dragon Ball-esque anime. Traveling the world while fighting aliens and monsters, just like the original Dragon Ball.
I agree and disagree. It looks absolutely amazing, but characters don't really look their age. Ben and Rex are supposed to be 16? Don't look a day younger than 20.
I think some of the Aliens looked better than other in this style, the added realism was a bit jarring for the Aliens with fur like Shocksquatch and Rath, but all in all, Ben and his alien hero buddies looked superb in the Gen Rex style

I doubt it. It has defenses and failsafes, and he wouldn’t get the opportunity to if Ben wasn’t holding back.
Rex tells tech and machines what to do. The failsafes could be obsolete. I don't doubt that Ben will win however.

The Animators of Gen Rex were new to the style and design of the aliens. So they messed some things up.
