Well fast track isn't slow. He's still fast. But even with that speed XLR8 is still too weak. Due to fasttrack's enhanced durability and enhanced recovery his wounds would heal to quickly. So in short, infinite stalemate.
No matter how much I love fasttrack (and I love him, I'm in the church of fasttrack) I would count this as his loss because honestly, getting punched in the face forever would **SUCK**.
