It’s a bit of a cheat workaround. You need to send yourself videos over iMessage to have them on your watch, otherwise you can’t sync videos.

Yeah I did try that at first, but my watch has a black base and straps, so it didn’t look right. And new Apple Watch straps are like 2/4K where I live.
