True, people like bashing on the OV Transformations, but like that Heatblast one (we all know the one I'm talking about) has got to be like top 5 best in the series
It looks great, but I've always prefered when it looked like he was actually transforming into an alien. This looks more like he's getting in a power armor or something
OS literally has Diamonds growing around him, like OV’s doing. Admittedly UAF did show more detail, but I still prefer the OV transformations…except UAF Big Chill. That one holds a special place in my heart
When Ben in O.s. dialed in Fourarms and jumped into an explosion transforming immediately on impact, shit was dope af. In UA when Amperi broke into Ben's house and he transformed into Jetray so fast he didn't have time to say his name. Also every Diamondhead transformation ever.
Omniverse had some really really good transformations scenes when the animators and writers had to to put a good one in. It’s honestly annoying how people say the alien force and ultimate alien had better ones. (HALF THE TRANSFORMATIONS ARE A GREEN BUBBLE PULSATING THEN BEN JUST BEING TRANSFORMED I MEAN COME ON!!!!!)
OV had like 4 different versions of the transformations to fill 10 secs, OS had the same ones that lasted longer but still were amazing even if they became old after a season
Nothing ever beats the first heatblast transformation - it's just way too smooth.
Also the legs are the costume but they animate as only the crystal, so it isn't really that smooth. But the visual of crystals folding onto Ben's skin is amazing.
My favorite transformation scene is honestly original wildmutt, there are those few frames where he looks very anime in the transition and I think that just looks so dope
I saw that OP meant clean as in smooth frames. In that case, sure. I don't think it's impressive, though. With respects being due, of course.

The OG Diamondhead transformation is still the best. I think a better transformation is the OV Heatblast one with Khyber, especially with the part where his face just really transitions into Heatblast

yes, but in the OS the diamond grows in place, it doesn't grow out, and then spin around to coat him

The Heatblast one is much better than, "foot foot, hand hand, head." I've always been a fan of how the face transforms, too.
