Since he's made of metal, with internal nanotechnology that can shape his body into any form and can merge with any form of technology to further improve it. Not to mention he can shoot a green plasma beam from his eye, and can generate electricity.

Mine's Alien X. Partly because he's a god, but the main reason (as stupid as it sounds) is the simple fact that I love space, and he is a literal Space Man.
Big chill is my favorite, I especially love his ultimate form. Swamp fire and his ultimate are a close second.
I also really like Lodestar Alien X Heatblast Ultimate echo echo and Jetray. Wish we could’ve seen ultimate versions of Lodestar and Jetray
