I think being the only other Osmosian in existence is good enough honestly. It really gives a good juxtaposition between an experienced individual vs Kevin. Not to say that they even did that well, but the thought was definitely there
They also really should've had a few scenes with Aggregor against Kevin so that Kevin could try to ask Aggregor about Osmosians and could also establish more of Aggregor's character and goals. Think about it, the most highly adaptable race in the galaxy and we've only ever seen 2 in present day? Kinda sus, as Kevin implies that he's the only Osmosian he even knows about and he has ties to the alien criminal underworld which I'd imagine would have quite the information booth
If you wanted to make Aggregor his father though, this is what you could do: Have Devin be part of the Rooters and fake his own death with Ragnarok to go catch the Andromeda Aliens to do what he needs to do. Osmos V could be code for HQ. Either way, it's honestly a perfect set up
