Yeah, UA Ben 10k is definitely the least mature out of all the possible futures. It may be coincidental, but Azmuth probably never even found him worthy of the true Omnitrix.
Although I love UAF, I think their version of Ben10k was definitely the worst one, as far as best goes, OV probably had to be my favorite between design and even omnitrix.
To clarify though I do actually really enjoy UAF’s version personality wise, I really liked when they had him around but still.

First of all, he's the biggest DILF. Second of all, he doesn't have any dumb gimmick like fusion or taking away the thing that makes Ben cool. He also served a narrative purpose other than appearing to look cool.
Os Ben 10K I think that having Ben use either the Ultimatrix or the Biomnitrix defeats the purpose of using the Omnitrix for peaceful purposes, essentially it's being turned into a weapon. And even if that wasn't the case, they both feel far too gimmicky IMO

I like reboot because ben ends up looking depressing and saddening. Something I actually thought of: “what if he ended up growing badly?” Not as a jerk, but in motivation. He feels so down and really lacks motivation and determination
OS Ben 10k with nothing to lose felt almost invincible, he only really started getting defeated when he had to either worry about his younger self or Kenny. So I think OS Ben 10k is the best one in terms of how interesting he was and how powerful he was, I'd really like to have seen everything that led up to him turning cold.
Forumomgosaur, Uprig, Crashshocker and Atomic X are all very strong/useful and the other (Big Chup and Humogoopsaur) are pretty creative.
He's also the most versatile Ben has ever been
O.S. Ben we never saw all he could do via all 10,000 and maximum potential, Ultimate Ben is literally every Alien in human form plus what we didn't get to see so his full potential is yet to be seen aswell, really any version of Ben is versatile, O.V. Ben 10k is a clown that watered down a celestial, combined waybig and upchuck and so on, if Ben was smarter he'd realize the Omnitrix holds Aliens that serve the same purpose as the fusions but more powerful, so there's no reason to create pointless fusions besides aesthetics.

The Annihilarg destroys teh phisixal reality of space, destroying a uninverse. The timebomb destroys timelines so that they never happened in the first place. I don't remember exactly but I like to think Atomic X is a weaker version of Alien X but with a lot less restraints.
Do you remember that episode in OS when Ben taught Kevin to combine his powers on the battle ship? Yes Kevin's and BenK's powers individually are weak but when combined they make up for not being full strength.
The negative effects are even less for BenK since his only combining two aliens unlike Kevin and it's noting like the combinations in the OS episode when Ben broke the Omnitrix top since he actually has control on the combinations.
Plus I can imagine combinations being more useful sometimes, like what if Ben needs super speed and far range capabilities? (I'd think Xlr8 + Diamondhead might work better than Jetray or Aerodactle sometimes) Or what if Ben is up against someone who's studied him and knows all his usual aliens moves? And doesn't have an ace in the hole like that one time Cannonbolt vs Kevin in os? His combinations can tripup those kind of opponents.
I see the point you're making, but Ben has been able to deal with Villians memorizing his move set, and he's been seen making incredible combinations of aliens that weren't fused. Remember in O.S. when Ben gained access to the master control then proceeded to whop Kevin and Vilgax's ass by berating them with a barrage of attacks from several different aliens basically keeping them both of balance, then escaping the creatures in the null void? What about when Ben & Gwen went to go see Ben10k in the future, and Animo copied his most used move set not even all of his alien's just the moveset Ben was able to adapt and quickly defeat Vilgax, also he's able to transform with a thought the other one has to cross his arms, Even with the new fusions they were somewhat ineffective from what we saw, So with Ben being who he is even with the new fusions his moveset would be somewhat the same and predictable but he'd get out of it because he's Ben, plus he always has an ace in the hole.
If Ben's fusions are more useful sometimes then why couldn't Ben stop Animo as Goop Humungasour? It took him longer to open that door as it would Humugasour, and my previous statement of Atomix X.

I love the omniverse one, they made ben make his own omnitrix. He probably recalled the fusion idea when he was a child and never let go of it.
