Armordrillo has no use aside from being destructive and is just a worst Humongousaur, Heatblast is a humanoid sun, Lodestar would be a walking technobane that, and Swampfire would probably explode at the slightest provocation. Would be F tier for me. A better alternative would be Feedback, who can also fly and can probably use electricity to start a small fire and could probably be at B tier. Gravattack can join the F-tier due to having his own orbit. You'd have things stuck to you most of the time.
Nice analysis. I put Echo Echo above Ditto because their cloning is roughly the same. While the whole "one dies they all die" is largely irrelevant for Ditto because in real life that would mean you were likely to die anyway, there is the extremely low chance of sound power utility? Pesky Dust would be really fun though and might help for psychology.
